CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users of VoxPop are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, or distributing content that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Storing, sharing, or promoting CSAM.
Using the app to befriend a child for sexual purposes or to exchange sexual imagery.
Sextortion, defined as threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to a child's intimate images.
Trafficking of a child, including the advertising or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation.
4. In-App Reporting Mechanism
VoxPop provides a dedicated in-app feedback mechanism allowing users to communicate their concerns without leaving the app. Users must utilize this in-app reporting tool to immediately flag any suspected CSAE, CSAM, or inappropriate behavior encountered within chatrooms or any other area of the application.
5. Enforcement and Addressing CSAM
We take appropriate action to address CSAM in accordance with our published standards and relevant laws. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or a CSAE policy violation within VoxPop, our administration will:
Immediately remove the violating content.
Permanently ban the offending user's account and block access to the platform.
Report the content and associated user data to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant legal authorities.
6. Child Safety Point of Contact
In compliance with global child safety standards, Citizenz of Earth maintains a designated child safety point of contact. This contact is positioned to receive notifications regarding CSAE content, review procedures, and take immediate enforcement action.
